Where’s the Beef (in meeting your clients’ expectations)?

Do you remember Wendy’s Hamburger’s “Where’s the Beef” commercials?  If not, check out the video below to refresh your memory, and to get a laugh…

And then ask yourself this question: Are your clients asking themselves “Where’s the Beef?” Are you meeting their expectations and giving them what they paid for?

If you’re not, this is a perfect time to raise the bar and increase the value that you’re giving to clients.

I’m not just talking about increasing your value when it comes to your most expensive products or services.  I’m also talking about moving the ‘free line’ – anything you’re giving away as an incentive to get people to sign up for your list, enroll in a teleseminar or schedule a consultation.

Lots of people talk about creating value, but you know whether or not you’re actually doing it.  If you’re not, don’t wait for your clients to start asking ‘Where’s the Beef’ – start making sure they’re getting it…
